Discord is rolling out a performance update for its desktop app on Windows, macOS, and Linux. There’s been a focus on reducing Discord UI lag, especially when jumping between servers and channels, and the changes are already being pushed to users.
According to Discord, This update tackles long-standing responsiveness issues that can affect even powerful PCs, with the benefits most noticeable on slow or heavily loaded machines.
Discord desktop display reworked
Discord says it recently shipped a “dramatic improvement” to rendering performance on desktop platforms. Dynamic timestamps are now built into Discord
