The valve has announced a quality-off-life update for the steam web store. Gamers can now find information about accessibility features which are available in the game on the website and standalone clients.
When you browse the steam store, you can click on the “accessibility features” on the sidebar to expand it. Steam will list all options that support the game.

As AnnouncementDevelopers do not need to add accessibility tags to their games on steam, but the valve recommends them to provide information for players that need to find these games. The valve says that more than 5000 apps/games have added details about their access support, and this number is climbing every day. Here is an example of what it looks like.

Players can also filter the game by accessibility features on the steam search page. Search filters are live, you can try them https://store.steampowred.com/search/Click on “Excisive Feature” by narrow to see all available options.

For example, if you want to search for games that do not require time -bound button press or quick time events (QTE), you can enable the filter with the labeled filter “playable without time bound input”. Steam will hide all the games that do not have tags you have, it can help you find the title that corresponds to your needs.
