Last week, Microsoft announced that the Xbox PC app was getting a collected gaming library. It is now rolling for users.
To manage the game that appears in your library, go to the Settings> Library and Extension page in the Xbox PC app, if you want to hide the game from a specific store it can be helpful. You cannot use the Xbox PC app to connect with steam, ubisoft connect, epic games, gog or EA apps, and because of this you do not have the option to download any game from the Xbox app directly from those stores. This is fine because it is a place where you can use your recently played games and installed games.
Ruckus Reported that the collected gaming library is now available to users who have established Xbox Insider Hub On their PC. I do not have an insider hub installed, but had earlier enrolled in the Insider program, that’s why I got an update.
first impressions
So how does it work? Go to the library page to see all the games installed on your PC. The Y implementation is not correct, the Xbox app did not find out that I recently played Division 2 through the UBISOFT connect launcher. As a matter of fact, the game does not appear in the list of installed games, either. It also failed to find out that I had a game from installed gog.

To launch the game, click on a title on the sidebar, and it opens the game tab. You will see three options: Play, see in “Store”, manage the extension. Clicking on the play opens the launcher of the game, and then the game itself, so it is essentially like a desktop shortcut. See in the “Store”, it depends well on where you have got the game, “See Steam” if you have downloaded it. Manage the extension takes you to the settings page, which I mentioned earlier.
Some game icons were missing, I thought it was because I have enrolled in older versions of the game’s sports (for compatibility with old modes and sev). But I don’t think this is the reason,. There is no way to remove a game from the recently played list. There are also games in the installed list that are no longer established.

It is quite small at the moment, it is expected that these issues should be resolved soon. It is possible that handheld users, such as an ROG associate, may appreciate the gaming library collected compared to regular PC users.
Have you tried the facilities of the new Xbox PC app?
Thanks for reading..
