These appeared to be a copy of the Milwaukee special slotted tool for installing electrical switches and receptacles. You can’t buy the bit but have to buy an $18 or more Milwaukee tool. These bits are exact copies except just slightly smaller than the smaller if the two Milwaukee bit sizes . They work just fine. Well worth the price. They do need a handle and only fit an older multi-bit screwdriver handle. I bought the angle bit holder shown ($2).
