This is the first one of these that I’ve gotten. It didn’t come with a weight for it. I put a bath bomb in it & it fit perfectly & adds some weight. It came with 2 extra screws. I put it together & it was really hard to do (harder without the weight)! I could only keep it up for about 7 times, but today (the second day of having it), I got all my steps in & it made me sweat a little. This is low intensity workout & it is fine for me. I gained weight after being hit by a car & having a lot of injuries including a broken neck, so Im trying to get back into shape.
