Correct Measurement Method More accurate measurements

1.Extend your left hand, palm up
2.Wrap the sphygmomanometer around the inner side of the left wrist and paste the wrist strap.The position of the wrist strap is about 1-2 cm from the ulna. Tighten the lower end of the wrist strap and roll it up against the wrist.
3.Keep the correct sitting posture while the wrist strap and the heart should be on the same level.
4.Do not clench your fists, do not place the sphygmomanometer on the outside of your wrist, and ensure that the sphygmomanometer is stable when measuring.
